SBMG & Co. Tax Consultant Co LLC was set up in Dubai to close a gap we kept seeing: businesses either got generalist advice from a large firm with junior hands on the file, or fast-but-shallow service from a high-volume shop. We built a boutique practice instead — senior-level attention on every engagement, without the overhead of a multinational firm.
Today the practice handles VAT, Corporate Tax, company structuring, accounting outsourcing and compliance advisory for businesses across the UAE mainland and free zones, with each practice area led by an experienced practice head.
